Protected by our 6‑month product warranty.

Every AltiCare product is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s covered

Manufacturing defects, seam failure, and material breakdown under normal medical use for 6 months from date of purchase.

What’s not covered
  • Normal wear and tear from extended daily use
  • Damage from improper washing or bleaching
  • Alterations made outside AltiCare authorized service
  • Loss or misplacement of product components
How to file a claim
  1. Contact your prescribing clinician or AltiCare directly.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and product batch number.
  3. Ship the product to our warranty center for evaluation.
  4. Approved claims are replaced within 10 business days.
